These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between jita7 and each registered user who accesses the site or any of its services, including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot games, and crash games. These terms apply to all players residing in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

By creating an account or continuing to use jita7 services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. jita7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice; your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to jita7 is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Players are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws of their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any jita7 service. 21+ only.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your real name and date of birth.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jita7 are not eligible to participate as players.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jita7 services, users must register a single account using truthful and complete information. Each user may hold only one active account. jita7 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

• All registration details must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jita7 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to negligence on your part.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Failure to submit required documents within 7 days of request may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

jita7 supports fast, secure payment processing for Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions are handled via trusted local and international payment channels. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times of 24 to 72 hours. During peak periods such as BPL season or major T20 events, processing may take longer.
• jita7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be held pending investigation and may be permanently cancelled.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jita7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins on selected slot games. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions and any additional terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be applied to certain game types or bet sizes. Refer to individual promotion pages for full details.
• jita7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players found abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension.
• Promotions tied to seasonal events such as Eid, BPL season, or Pohela Boishakh may carry additional specific conditions that supersede these general bonus terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita7 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.

• Colluding with other players, using bots, scripts, or any automated software to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be void and removed from the account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information without their explicit written consent.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

jita7 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any account if it determines that the account has been involved in prohibited activity, fraudulent behaviour, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be held or cancelled.

• Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting support via email. Pending bets will be settled according to standard game rules before closure.
• jita7 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, after giving 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
• Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and pending winnings associated with prohibited activity — will be forfeited in full.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jita7 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jita7 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written permission from jita7 is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

jita7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jita7 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jita7 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure platform access at all times.

Under no circumstances shall jita7 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service — even if jita7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the jita7 service is to stop using the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using jita7, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement SSL encryption and other technical safeguards to protect your data. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jita7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the jita7 platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players who are dissatisfied with a support outcome may escalate the matter through applicable dispute-resolution channels available in their jurisdiction.
